- Bob/All,
-
- I beleive there is a problem with the file MDMUSRSP.INF on our Web
- Page. This should be corrected very shortly. In the meantime try
- downloading the file from our BBS or FTP site in DL07.
-
- Here is instructions to install the file:
-
- To add 33,600 support to the existing 28,800 selections you can do the
- following....
-
- 1. Download the file MDMUSRSP.INF from our file library, bbs or ftp
- site.
-
- 2. Copy this file into the /windows/inf directory. (This is a hidden
- directory so do this task from a DOS prompt.)
-
- 3. Remove any modems in the Device Manager.
-
- 4. Shut down Win95 and restart.
-
- 5. Choose a Sportster 28,800 off the picklist when prompted.
-
-
-
- We are working on updating our NT and Win95 INF files. The latest
- script files we have for RAS are:
-
- MDMUSRV2.INF - ( To be used with Sportsters)
- MODEM.INF - ( To be used with our Courier and Total Control Lines)
-
- If you have any problems with any of the above script files, then let
- me know. Be sure to send the MODEMLOG.TXT file, *modem you are using
- and the error code you are receiving.
-
- * Be sure to include the serial number and Supervisor/EPROM date of
- the modem.
